Joining Award

The history of our troop...

• September, 2009 - Founded at the request of then-St Gabriel pastor & spearheaded by parishioners Eric & Rodean Culver of Troop CO0002 alongside BSA Cub Scout Pack 246.  St Gabriel had a Boy Scout Troop but little to offer girls and younger boys who were not eligible for Boy Scouts.

• September, 2013 - Troop split to form a new troop @ St Patrick Catholic Church

• September, 2017 - Troop split to form CO2017 @ Beautiful Redemption Church

• Program Year 2020-2021

  • Stars and Stripes Award Recipient: Olivia Holland

  • Stars and Stripes Award Recipient: Kyla Michael

• Program Year 2021-2022 

  • Troop recognized as a National Honor Troop at the Sapphire level

• May, 2023 - Troop hosted a multi-troop day camp

• Program Year 2022-2023

  • Troop recognized for “Belong” award for growth in membership

• Program Year 2023-2024

• Troop recognized as a National Honor Troop at the Diamond level

• Program Year 2024-2025

• Troop recognized as a National Honor Troop at the Diamond level
